At the 43rd Annual Payroll Congress in Orlando, Florida, Chime Workplace made a vibrant and memorable impact with a custom-designed rental trade show booth that blended strategic messaging with modern aesthetics.


The 20x20 booth featured a bold circular hanging banner in Chime's signature yellow, creating a high-visibility presence from across the show floor. Natural wood finishes, lush greenery, and illuminated branded panels, along with integrated seamless LED video tiles, gave the space a warm, inviting feel while maintaining a clean, professional look.

The space was designed to facilitate engagement and education, with multiple seating areas, two large monitors for demos and presentations, and bold graphic panels emphasizing Chime’s financial wellness solutions. The modular layout, divided by a custom wooden divider panel, encouraged foot traffic and conversation.


What made the project special was the seamless integration of brand, function, and experience: every design element supported Chime’s mission to improve payroll experiences with a single, intuitive app. It was a standout example of how thoughtful booth design can amplify brand storytelling at industry-leading events.
